INDIA'S TOP CAR MANUFACTURER MARUTI SUZUKI HIKES THE PRICE OF THEIR CARS




Following the increase in input costs and the introduction of new emission standards, top Indian car maker Maruti Suzuki raised the prices of its vehicles by upto Rs.10000.
The prices of Maruti Suzuki cars like Ritz and A-Star has been increased by Rs.1000, Estillo by Rs.2500 while that of Swift has been increased by Rs.3750. Among other models for which prices have been raised, Dzire will cost Rs.7000 more and mid-size sedan SX4 will cost Rs.9000 more.
The company has also increased the price of its recently introduced multi-utility van, Eeco by Rs.10000. Prices have also been raised for BS-III compliant cars like Maruti 800 and Omni by Rs.3000 and Gypsy by Rs.10000.

It is a expected move,as input costs are rising everywhere.But,price should be nominal.
