Bajaj India is all set to launch new upgraded model model of Pulsar 220. The 2009 Edition is expected to launch on 23th June.The new Bajaj Pulsar 220 DTS-Fi is reported to the fastest Indian bike ever built with a top speed of 140 kmph The new Pulsar 220 will feature the carbon fibre finish silencer with black glossy finished leg guard.
Pulsar's 220cc oil cooled, Digital Twin Spark Fuel Injection (DTS FI) engine outputs power of 20 Bhp at 8500rpm and an incredible torque of 19 Nm at 6500rpm.Pulsar 220cc features the standard five speed gearbox with one down and four up pattern. Oil cooler placed just below the fuel tank helps in further cooling of engine lubricant and keep this high performance engine cool.
The new version of Pulser 220 comes with minor styling and graphic additions.No changes are expected in the technical section.
